Competition terms.
The terms for the Instant Advertising business giveaway.
1. The promoter
The competition is run by Instant Advertising, Lowestoft, Suffolk. Contact: info@instantadvertising.co.uk or 01502 806086.
2. Who can enter
Open to businesses based in Lowestoft. Entrants must be 18 or over and authorised to act for the business they enter. Instant Advertising staff and their families cannot enter.
One entry per business, checked by phone number. Entry is free and no purchase is needed.
3. Dates
Opens: 20 October 2026
Closes: 23:59 on 31 December 2026 (UK time)
Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
4. The prizes
- 1st prize: Win 1 month of free advertising. Four weeks of mobile digital billboard advertising with Instant Advertising, completely free.
- 2nd prize: 4 weeks for the price of 2. Four weeks of mobile digital billboard advertising, paying for just two of them.
Prize advertising must start within 3 months of the winner being confirmed, on dates agreed with us and subject to screen availability. The 2nd prize is four weeks of advertising, two of which are paid for at our normal rate at the time of booking. Adverts must meet our usual content standards.
Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative, unless stated otherwise above.
5. Choosing the winners
Two winners will be picked at random from all valid entries received by the closing time. The first entry drawn wins the 1st prize and the second wins the 2nd prize.
The draw will take place when entries close at 23:59 on 31 December 2026 (UK time).
6. Contacting the winners
We will contact the winners by phone and email using the details given on the entry form. If a winner does not reply within 14 days, we may draw another winner.
7. Your details
We use the name, job title, business name, email address and phone number you give us to run this competition: to check entries, choose the winners and contact them. This is separate from marketing. We will only phone you about future advertising offers if you tick the optional box on the entry form, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Entry details are stored securely in our Wix account and kept for 6 months after the competition closes, then deleted. See our privacy policy for your rights under UK data protection law.
8. General
We may cancel or change the competition if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary, and will tell entrants on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
