Event questions

How much does event screen hire cost?

Event screen hire is £200 per hour with a minimum booking of three hours, so the minimum hire charge is £600. Your quote sets out the full cost for your event.

What can the screen be used for at an event?

It can show a live camera feed of the stage, promote the acts coming up next, or run your own promotions. If you have something else in mind, tell us and we will let you know whether it is possible.

What does the hire include?

Hire includes a technician throughout your event and all required set-up. Tell us the date, location and timings and we will send you a quote that sets out the full cost.

How does an event partnership differ from hiring the screen?

With hire, you book the screen for your event at the hourly rate, with a technician and set-up included. With a partnership, eligible events can have the screen at no hire cost: advertising sold to local businesses and sponsors helps cover the cost of providing it, subject to suitability, availability and agreement.

Will a partnership cover the whole cost of the screen?

It depends on the event and on the advertising interest, so it is not something we can promise in advance. We talk it through with you openly before anything is agreed.

What artwork do you need for the screen?

Tell us what you would like to show and we will advise on the right format for the screen. If you do not have artwork, we can help prepare it.

Planning an event?

Tell us the date, the place and what you have in mind. We will talk through whether hire or a partnership suits it best.
