This page explains what happens to the details you give us through this website, and what our website host does when you visit.

Who we are

Instant Advertising is a family-run advertising business based in Lowestoft, Suffolk. We are responsible for the personal information you send us. If you have a question about it, email info@instantadvertising.co.uk or call 01502 806086.

What we collect

When you request a quote we ask for your name, your business name, your email address, the service and area you are interested in, and your message. You can also choose to give us a phone number, preferred dates and an approximate budget.

If you email or phone us, we will also have the details you give us then.

How we use it, and why

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to arrange and manage your advertising. We do this because you have asked us to, and so that we can deal with your enquiry and any agreement that follows.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them to send you marketing you have not asked for.

Where your enquiry is stored

This website is hosted by Wix. When you send a quote request, it is stored in our Wix account and emailed to us. Wix handles this on our behalf, under its own security and data protection safeguards, and may process information outside the UK to do so. You can read Wix’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any advertising that follows, and then delete them.

Cookies and visit statistics

We do not add any advertising or tracking of our own, such as Google Analytics or social media pixels.

Our website host, Wix, sets a small number of cookies that it needs to run the site and keep it secure, and records basic statistics about visits, such as which pages are viewed. Wix uses this to run and improve its service. You can read which cookies Wix uses, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of these, contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
